Have you received the item I returned?Updated 5 months ago

If you have an account, you can monitor the receipt of the return directly in your reserved area.

Simply go to the RETURNS section, select the order, and click the TRACK RETURN button.


If you don't have an account, to verify if your return has been received at our warehouse, you can track the shipment using the label we provided.

Use the alphanumeric code you see at the top left, usually starting with WS or MY, and enter it in the shipment tracking section on the tnt.it website.

  • If you shipped with a courier of your choice, you can use the tracking number found on the label or the shipping receipt, entering it on the courier's website you used for the return.
  • If you returned your item to a store, you won't have a shipping label. Please contact us to find out the return delivery date.
