I would like to cancel the orderUpdated 6 months ago

The timeframe for canceling an order is limited.


If you have an account, proceed as follows: 

1. Log in to your account and go to the Orders section;

2. Click on the Details of the order you want to cancel;

3. Click on Cancel Order. You will see the CANCEL ORDER button.

If you read "this order can no longer be canceled" and the button is not clickable, it means it is too late for you (or a Customer Service member) to cancel the order.


If you do not have a profile, proceed as follows:

- Go to the order confirmation email and click "view my order";

- A page with the order details will open, and you will see the "cancel order" button below.

If you do not see the button, it means it is too late for you (or a Customer Service member) to cancel the order.
