What should I do if I received a defective item?Updated 3 months ago

If you have identified defects in one or more of the items ordered, you can proceed with a return request by clicking here and choose the reason Item damaged / Damaged item

Please note that it is mandatory to provide some pictures (max. 6):

  • A picture of the whole product;
  • A picture of the defect;
  • A picture of the product's label (make sure Serial Number is visibile)

If you have received an item that is different from what you ordered, you should select Different from description / Diverse from description. In this case it is not a defective item. 

Please note! We do not make exchanges of the items so if you wish, you can buy the product back.
