What to do if my order is on hold?Updated 14 days ago

If the courier is unable to deliver after the last attempt, the shipment will be put on hold. This happens when there is an error in the address: the recipient's name is not on the intercom, the house number is missing, the postal code is incorrect, etc. 

Don't worry: you can still receive your order!

To send us the correct details, click on Contact Us, select "Release the Hold" as the subject, and specify the address as follows: 

  • Name and Surname (as displayed on the intercom)
  • Street and house number
  • Zip code, City, Province
  • Phone number

Remember! If you want to receive the shipment at a store or a company, it is essential to include its name or business name.
