Why can't I see the order that seems already paid?Updated 5 months ago
Sometimes it may happen that, despite proceeding with the payment, there are some glitches (see Why can't I complete a card payment?).
Consequently, the bank account may show a transaction even though there is no related order in your briko.com account.
In such cases, the transaction is pre-authorized (usually marked as "unaccounted") so the amount has not been recorded.
We advise you to check this issue with your bank.
If you use PayPal, make sure you complete the purchase by hitting the Confirm Payment button on the app/site. If the payment is still under Pending area, you should place a new order.
