Why is the tracking not updated?Updated a month ago

The tracking might not be updated for the following reasons:

  • The courier has not yet picked up the shipment.
  • The courier has just picked up the shipment.

Remember that it takes us 1-2 business days to prepare your order after you place it. We deliver within 3 business days from the preparation of the shipment.
