I didn't receive all the products: why?Updated a day ago

If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them separately. 

 For each shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The email will show the items in that shipment. If you haven't received the email, check your SPAM/Junk folder.

Descrizione generata automaticamente You can also track your orders directly from "My Account." After logging in, click on Orders, find all the information about your current order there. Click on Details again and you will find the TRACK button to follow the shipment of the order.
