The shipment has arrived but an item is missingUpdated a month ago

Your order was likely split into multiple shipments, so you will receive the missing items later.

If you have an account, log in to your personal area, click on the details of the relevant order, and then click on details again: a list of products and their respective shipments will appear. 

By clicking on TRACK, the tracking page for the shipment will open.

If you do not have an account, do not worry: you will receive an email with the tracking information for each shipment.
