How can I request a return?Updated 8 days ago

If you have an account on our website, simply log in and click on the RETURNS button. Open the Returns section and click on Returnable: here you will see all the orders for which you can request a return. Clicking on it will redirect you to the return request.

If you don't have an account, you can access the return request from the RETURNS link found at the bottom of the site. 

You will need to provide the order code (with or without # -) and the zip code of the shipping address or the email linked to the order. Once the procedure is started, you will be asked to:

  1. indicate the reason for the return; you can also attach images and leave a comment
  2.  choose the return solution, which at the moment is only a refund to the original payment method
  3. choose the shipping method. You can choose between free options (shipping with TNT label and in-store return) and the paid option (ship with a courier of your choice).

Based on the chosen method, you will receive an email with instructions for shipping/delivering the return.
