What are the return conditions?Updated 4 months ago

The following requirements must be completed in order to request a return:

The request must be submitted within 30 days following the order's delivery.

The item must:

• Be brand new, never worn, and merely tried on;
• Not to be washed;
• Still bear the tag;
• Have no unintentional damage;
• Be free of flaws; in this case you'll have to file a complaint (see What should I do if I received a defective item?)

The return is completed with the issuance of the refund within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from its receipt in the warehouse.

⚠Please note: Submitting a return that does not meet the above criteria will result in its rejection by the returns department; in this case, you will be responsible for retrieving the items and will not be eligible for a reimbursement.
